Sarah M. Timmers

Sarah M. Timmers is a graduate of Augusta State University, Augusta, Georgia, and The Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law in Washington D.C.  Ms. Timmers practiced law in the Commonwealth of Virginia for a decade.  Ms. Timmers joined the Georgia State Bar in 2014 and relocated her law practice to Metro Atlanta the following year.  Ms. Timmers is a self-identified Atlantan and feels privileged to reside in this great southern city, serving an internationally diverse community. 


Ms. Timmers is admitted to practice in the Northern, Middle, and Southern Districts of Georgia, the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals, the Court of Appeals of Georgia, the Supreme Court of Georgia, and the Supreme Court of the United States.  Ms. Timmers focuses her law practice on two areas of law: criminal defense and consumer protection. 


Ms. Timmers is a member of the SDGa Chapter of the Federal Bar Association, the National Association of Consumer Advocates, and the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers.  Ms. Timmers is also a member of the St. Thomas Moore Society of Atlanta as well as the P.E.O. Sisterhood. 


Diamond A. Jordan

Ms. Jordan is the law office’s manager and legal assistant.  Ms. Jordan is a 2020 graduate from Georgia State University with a major in journalism and a minor in criminal justice.  She received her paralegal certificate in May of 2024 from Emory University.
